Need tool kit for removal of tires 1999 LX470

Anyone know where I can get the tool kit needed to remove my tires? I understand it is vehicle specific. This includes a jack, rod, extension (2), lever, wrench (2), bag, and attachment. I bought my LX470 used and the dealer (not a Lexus) failed to mention it was missing. Thanks for your help!

cant u just go back to the dealer and tell them it was missing

You'd think we could do that. However, considering the fact that the missing middle seat belt of the third row bench was also missing and the dealer wouldn't replace that until we filed a claim, we aren't hopeful. The seller said all things were in perfect working condition and we found out that wasn't the case--oh well!
