Steve, I placed and BIG order and I have a Question.....

I was sent an email saying that the order is not complete, is that on my part or are you guys not done completing my order? I dont know if the oder went through correctly or if there is something I now need to do for it to go through. Please let me know, b/c when I ordered all that stuff it was never confirmed that the order was placed correctly. But it seems you did receive it and you are now processing the order. Please clarify b/c if I need to re-order I will do so today with a different credit card. Thank You
