AC Problems

Hey i wanted to know if any one ever had a problem with their AC draining water inside the car instead of outside !! i've had this problem twice already, and its at the dealer now for the third !! thanks

You probably just have some tube unplugged. Tear out all of your carpets and run you A/C for a while. You don't want to leave this problem till summer comes around or you'll have smelly IS300 syndrome.

AGAIN !! my car has a 1/4 of water uner my carpets !!! im in south Florida we have summer all year, and my car stinks !!! i have no clue what to do any more JM lexus just says its a probelm and there not even sure of what to do with it any more, and im geetting pissed !!

Double check the fluid to see if it's antifreeze or have someone check it that knows what they're doing. The color of it should be a light neon green. If the liquid is actually antifreeze then you have a bad heater core. Your heater core is under the dash in a big black box.

My only other suggestion is check in your radiator to see if you have just straight water in it. In your radiator there should be a pretty close mix of half antifreeze, half water. If it's just water then that will be what's leaking onto your floor through the heater core.

Post again and let me know what happens.

thanks for the replys, i just checked all my fluids and everything is normal. any one have any ideas on how to get the stench out of my car ? i tried baking soda already and it didnt do anything . thanks again

i still have no clue what the problem is, but there replacing my carpet again. i tried everything to get the smell out , but no luck . any of you guys use one of those Ozoniators? its soposed to suck the smell out i think my dad was telling me something about them.
