cars and police

hey. im new to club lextasy and figured i would start a thread. i dont own a lexus, however i hope to own one when my current license situation is over. check this...i was driving a black celica gts with body kit and limo tint all the way around. i arrived home from school and went upstairs when i heard a knock at my door. i go out, and there is about seven cop cars outside my door. as well as a motorcycle cop. i opened the door and they asked me if i was the driver of that car (they pointed at the car). i said yes and they told me i had caused an accident. as they explained what happened. they pointed up to a chopper floating above and explained that it followed me and saw me commit many traffic violations including speeding, running stop signs, and running a red light...also tailgating and the numerous illegal mods on my car. this is the bullshit part. the cop who was radioed from the chopper crashed his car as he was trying to chase me. i guess he took out another car head on and a couple telephone poles. and this is my fault...i was charged with reckless driving and face losing my license. at 17 years old this is pretty bad. as far as the stop signs and signals go, nothing was as severe as explained on the police report. i am not a person to deny what i did wrong. what i am getting at is the bullshit that is going on with police today. why should some jackass who cant control his own car have traffic jurisdiction over me? my high profile car is what got me into trouble in the first place. my former car looks way faster than it is and attracted much attention. people with tricked out rides need to be careful with what they do...cops are looking out for you. and if you like to street race, enjoy getting raped in the ass next time you get caught. its not worth it. cops can do whatever the hell they want to you, its up to them. everyone needs to direct their attention away from street racing and reckless shit if they dont want their license and ride as well as money disappear. i already have everything planned out for what i want for my IS in the future. i will be placing quite a large order with lextasy. i went to court the date that was on the ticket and i guess no one was there and the ticket hadnt been filed. its been a long time since i have heard anything. ill keep everyone posted. i love cars and lexus and will enjoy talking on the boards for awhile. let me know what everyone thinks about this. later on.

That is quite a strange story... if you have done what the cops said you've done, and you got away because no one appeared in court, I'd say you're the luckiest boy in the world...

yes, if you are evading from the police, all the damage caused by the pursuit is your responsbility regardless who cause the damage. Just curious, which state do you live in?

california...and i wasnt evading the police. i didnt even see him at all. i was driving the speed limit at the time and the cop crashed his car a whole light behind me.

Give the ticket a couple of weeks to 2 months. By then a notice to appear will be mailed to you. If not, im jealous of your luck.
