Hey Im new and thinking about IS300???

Hey guys im new to the forums and I need some help from Lexus IS300 Owners. I just got married im 22yrs old and I drive a 01 Subaru Impreza RS. I make good pay checks and I want to move up and buy something that shows that im married and have a family not that im single or dating. So the only car I would buy it would have to be a AWD or RWD. And Im looking for something with 6-cylinders I want to get out of the 4. So in my price range what I can afford I looked into Cars that I can see my self driving and I only like mid-size cars. So the first car I looked into is a 3 series BMW a 330i. Reason at looking at BMW I thought about looking into the euro direction see whats out there. And BMW makes RWD and AWD. I new to the Luxury world so the Lexus IS300 and the BMW 3 series both are good compatible cars and both have what im looking Luxury and alittle sporty. So I need everyone just tell me why or why I shouldn't get the IS300 or go with the 330i BMW. Oh and i want to get an Automatic im tired of manual and I want the wife to be able to drive not that she doesnt know how she only panics if she has to go uphill. Thankx
