rocker panel molding or side skirt?

I have an 2003 IS300 with what is either called rocker panel molding or side skirts. They could actually be the same thing but I'm sort of confused. I called the dealership to get more specifics so that I am asking for the right thing but they didn't do much but confuse me.

There is a piece of what appears to be carbon or some type or polyurathine running along the the bottom passenger (and driver) side of the car. I assumed it was the side skirts from what I have read about the car but the dealership keeps calling it a rocker panel molding. One dealer ship said it was side skirts but that Lexus doesn't make them any more.

I am curious what I need to get to replace this piece of non-metal material. I went to get some grub for lunch and in the parking lot of the burger joint I was in, they have decorative rocks that are supposed to be placed in the medians where there is grass, but this rock got pushed in the parking lot and was up against the curb. I couldnt see it and clipped it on the passenger side and now there are the nasty dents in the molding/side skirts.

Can anyone tell me what this is actually called and suggest and low cost replacement for the part?

Does anyone know where I can get the Neo L'tuned (side skirts only) for cheap? I see them on here for 325 plus 150 shipping but I really don't want to pay that much.

Hey same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. It is a metal piece though form what I can tell. Did you ever figure anything out on this?? Was it a mega piece or what?
