Hi need help on my IS 300

Hello Guys I need some help on my IS300 2002 model.
I have a cold air intake on it and the Engine light is turned on, Is there a possibility to kill the light be some means ?? I have talked to the dealer and the told me becasue of the intake the light was on and they were not able to shut it off. I also need advise in lights I have 14000K on my IS but the running lamps are the highbeam on a low strenght.
Is there any Xenon or super Blue bulb that I could buy to have it brighter or bluer color of the light??
Also if you guys have tried the LED for the bumber lights does it come out good ??

I put LED's in my front and back bumper. The problem is that I bought the PIAA ultra white for the front and they have a blue and white LED together so they look blue. I got a 300 dollar ticket for them. The only problem on the back ones is that I wanted a red LED and the only one I could find had a red base and you can see it during the day instead of it being completely clear. No problems electrical wise though.

I converted my old car (Infiniti I30) over to all LEDs, other than the headlights of course. I found that with most LEDs, they are directional meaning they throw almost all of the light in one direction. Regular light bulbs obviously throw light all around or at a wider angle.

If I am correct, the IS300 front and rear bumper lights are 194 bulbs. If you put LEDs in the side bumper lenses, I would recommend a wide beam LED. I have purchased quite a few LED bulbs from http://www.superbrightleds.com/mini-wedge.html. This link will take you right to the 194 LED replacement bulbs. It looks like they now sell a wide angle bulb (WLED-x5 LED Wedge Base Bulbs). These may work great. They did not have these when I did my conversion. I had to purchase the 4LED 194 bulb and then rough up the tops and sides of the LEDs with sand paper to disperse the light. It worked, but it would have been a hell of a lot easier if they sold these wide angle bulbs. lol
