help- paint ruined by dealer on delivery- they want to paint

I am a new member of this site and a first time owner of a lexus. I recently took a Lease delivery of a white IS 250 and on delivery they did not clean the wheels properly and as a result brown tire grease slung all over the side panels and bumpers. I was told it would come off with "chemicals" and to bring it back the next day for it to go to the detailers. I get back to the dealer and am told it now has to be painted. I didn't want that so they say they will replace the car. They call back and say the car is in and has 360 miles on it and has a front license bracket on it. (in California cars are not generally sold with brackets on the front- unless they have been used by GM's for carting around in, etc). I was also told this car was hidden in another dealers' inventory so that is more suspicious.

I was also told there is not one single IS 250 (white/tan/nav) for sale in CA that matches my vehicle- other than the one they "found"

Can someone tell me my options and if this is acceptable? I have a good friend that is a lawyer that I'm calling in the morning.

Paint is cheap man. Just chill. Either way lexus will take care of you. You have a lease with them. It's not like they are going anywhere. I'd let them leave the grease and let them take a payment or 2 off your lease.
