They will fit with 35 series tires. I have 20s on my is250. They are sick. You have to be careful about the tire pressure sensors. They didn't fit on the new rims, so I drive with the warning light on. I would buy an extra set of sensors from lexus and when you pick your rims you can check to see if they fit, Having the extra set keeps you from having to break down your stock rims and removing them. I have a couple pics on myspace.com\ /jluvhi ( I can't remember which slash)

| I'm pretty sure they are 215 35 20. No radius is lost but I do take it slow when I have to turn the wheel all the way. Not because they rub but the 35 series tire doesn't leave much space between the rim and the ground. It rides just as smooth as with the stock, you just have to be more careful with it

| I have the AWD as well. You probably won't have luck on the internet. I went to a custom rim center and and put the different rims against the car and then tried the 35 series tire and came down to a 30 series so it wouldn't rub. Alot of the rims have a universal fit so if you type in search for lexus Is rims you will get limited selection. My advice is to go to a shop

| 20's are too much... doesnt look good unless u slam ur ride.. which means its probably gonna rub. go with 19's... youll be a lot happier... especially when its time to chance ur tires.. haha

| 19s require 35 series and the fender space is exactly the same. 20 tires are more common and cheaper than 19. It would like nice 2 inches lower but it sits just right. the pics don't do justice. I get stopped everywhere I go for compliments

| 19's are twice as expensive as 20's, stick with chrome 18's for performance and 20's for looks

| Why, why, why would you ever put 20's on this car? Doesn't make sense. The car's suspension is tuned EXACTLY to the stock wheels, why would you screw with that - it might make sense on the 250 but not on the 350. The only change I made was that I got the chrome upgrade.

I have the 350, i bought 20's for it... and all i've had is troubles. Not with the car but the tires... if i have any suggestions, just leave it alone! The tires that the company sent me are to narrow and im leaking about 20lbs of pressure in like 3 days. I finally took it to discount and they said my tires are to small. I have 245/35/20 in the rear and 225/30/20 in the front. But I get rubbing even with the skinny ass tires i have in the front already so theres no way i could put larger tires on in the front to make it right. They look bad ass, but its not worth all the trouble! ill put some pictures on so you can see the difference between the rear and the front tires.. and that theres NO way I could get wider tires on the front. And I'm not sure who said that 19's are more expensive, but everywhere I've looked they've been like 100's less....

i have a is350 on 20 inch 8.5 in the front and 20 x 9.5 in the back. Staggered rims, Front tires 225/35/20 rear 275/35/20
you will rub on the front no matter what just melt down the fender plastic or just cut it with a knife. if you lower the car on 20's you will definatly need to roll the fenders out.

jluvhi,
i like your grille and want the same set-up or with an aluminum mesh lower, are the grilles on your 250 the ones you can get on ebay?
i also have 20s on my 250 that are 8.5 up front and 9.5 in back. i had to heat up the plastic inside the wheel wells and cut/bend it back but now it rides smooth as long as you know how to drive a car with rims...
and to all the 20 haters on this forum, you're all just jealous cause 20s look way way sicker than 19s or 18s on these cars and everyone loves the 20s, no matter how old, you get people looking...

hi everyone, i just got set of 20" for my is350, i put 235/35/20 in front, and they are rubing the side fender when lock turn..., can anyone tell me will 225/30/20 work? if i need to cut/bend the fender, can anyone post some pic. i want to see how to do it.
also, my rear are 265/35/20, i didn't try on yet, do you think i will have problem too?
and i will change my suspension to "tein super street"-adjustable hight, by then my ride will be atleast 2 to 3'' lower...., i need to know if there are anyone have 20" and got their ride lower too?
pls help...
