Hi, just wondering if you guys could give me some feed back, I have driven both cars. Audi is a 2.0T and seems quicker (which it is),but I love the fit and finish of the IS250 , only consern is it seems to rev quite high for a V6, doing 120km its around 3k, where the Audi is about 2k as is my soon to get rid of Piece of %^&*( Saab 9.3.

Just wondering where it revs at higher speeds (which I didnt do) and hows the gas consumption (not a big deal, but the 2.0T I'm sure would be a tad better).

I will be making my mind up by this Tuesday, so again , any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Audi is a beautiful car but if you care at all about reliability, stay far far away from audi. I wanted an A3 but decided not to take the risk.

Audi is weary because of the turbo's I don't think they use turbo's anymore. Who cares either way. Audi's styling is quite phenomial.

My good friend had an 01 or 02 A4 2.0t and that thing nickled and dimed him to death with only 60k. They look good and drive great, but I would never give up the comfort and RELIABILITY of my 04 IS and my 97 ES.

i just sold my b6 a4 1.8t to get an IS. the design is top notch, the fit and finish of the interior is second to none, but the power is really lacking, and the reliability is lacking.

jdm is still behind in terms of design and interior fit and finish imo, but you cant beat the reliability.

the 2.0t is a nice car. but i dont really like the new b7 exterior design.

having owned the a4, id say go with the IS
