2002-2005 es300/330 stereo wiring harness.

I designed my own harness to hold the car computer I am putting in my 02 es300. Now the only detail I need is:

a.) where, if anywhere, can I get a wiring harness for the stereo system. OR
b.) which colors on the existing harness go to which speakers???

I've surfed everywhere with no avail. Any help is much appreciated.

Since most of the questions in this forum go unanswered, I'll hel some of you out and post some more info.

The wiring harness that plugs into the head unit is not the one you want to use. If you take out the glove compartment, (three screws at the top and two bolts down below), you will find that the silver box all the way to the right is an amplifier. Take out the bottom harness and ignore it. The two remaining harnesses are standard Toyota harnesses. If you buy a Toyota harness from the store, you should get a slip of paper that tells you which leads go to which speakers.

If you are still trying to get the speakers out you have to remove the whole inside of the door. The leather piece is all one piece and is held to the door by about 8 plastic clasps on the outside (can just pull leather from the door, no tools required) and two screws. The first screw is located behind the door handle under a piece of plastic backing. The second screw is under the power doorlocks. Just pry this up gently with a small screw driver and unclasp the harness. I'llk try and post some pics on my homepage if I can get ahold of a digital camera.
