Question concerning my order.

ok it was cool for about a month...but i ordered a grill from lextasy a fully chrome grill and it came in not brand new at the tune of 315 bucks, so i sent it back and im waiting and waitingand waiting for a NEW grill (replacement to the one i ordered the 1st time) and after 2 months go by and calling and lextasy telling me "were getting new grills in tom. well send it out and you should have it within 3-4 days" and NOT receiving my grill, i became annoyed and pissed...so i call up lextasy to CANCEL my order and now i am waiting for 2 weeks to get a REFUND???...after leaving 2 messages on the answering machine that noone returns a phone call or emails at this point i am starting to get really vexed, i dont know what is going on every other order with lextasy was FLAWLESS until this...you would think when you spend over 300 bucks they would try and help you out, especially since my next order was going to be a body kit...i think the mod's should really take control of this situation and get in touch with steve in case he does not know about this issue and try and correct this before i contact 1 of the 5 lawyers i have on retainer, at this point its not even about the money its about the fact i feel as a customer i am being jerked...i would like a REPLY ASAP....thanks...jsin

Dude, Mods are supposed to get discounts on gear, have I ever heard from Steve??? NOPE!!! I am sometimes here just for kicks and to see what others are doing... Just finished front brakes BTW, but guess what Lextacy wanted $15 more to get the same EBC pads as any other place online... FUK that.... At any rate, you get my point, and I could not agree more with yours.
