Hey everyone, I have my 99 GS300 engine available to part out. the engine is in excellent condition, i pulled it out to drop in a 2JZ-GTE Supra motor. I can sell the head, throttle body, intake manifold, block, all seperately. I have all the OE injectors and all too. Just let me know what you are interested in and make me an offer price wise and we can make it happen. This is totally not an easy swap at all. Does the motor pretty much bolt in, yeah, but everything else is different. Custom driveshaft, custom dip stick bracket, custom trans lines, return fuel lines to gas tank, Shifter lock and unlock, all the nightmare wiring, flat fans to clear the piping, heater core hoses, radiator hoses, and so on. It's been a projuect in the works for some time and if anyone is planning on doing it, either dont or make sure you have something else to drive and lots of patience.

Phuck, just as I suspected. Cant they freakin make anything easy? No drop in, drive and pop a boner as you creep on 18psi..... Makes me rethink doing it myself. I respectable turbo shop would seem to be a better route.
Ever hear of doing the same engine swap in an older SC300? Seems more of the dame car?

the swap on the sc300 is pretty easy or should i say easier and it has been done alot. The gs has a lot more electronics involved and you gotta run the Supra auto trans since the 6 speed will not fit in the tunnel. The SC's already come in a 5 speed so fitting in the 6 speed trans is no problem, plus wiring is easier. The guys at Turbo East in Maryland can probably do the swap for you but you are easilly lookin at $20k. Thats about what i have spent on this swap so far.

Yeah a second mortgage or one truck load of marijuana, ha ahaa. take your choice. I would stick with the second mortgage since they wont allow the Lex to go to jail with you.
