What to do?

So the story goes like this........

SET A: I got 2 used winter tires from ebay: good tread depth, not out of round, everything seems to be ok.

SET B: I got 2 ALL SEASONS (told me they were winter tires) from someone on .net I think: good tread depth, not out of round etc...

Take them to the garage to get them put on today. SET A has one "bumpy" tire and is no good. SET B also has one "bumpy" tire and is no good. I paid through paypal. Am I fuct or should I go through my bank and try to get my money back or should I contact them and DEMAND my money back (though I am sure that will not work) or what? Im in a bind, had to get 4 brand new tires and lost out about $300+ for the ones I recently purchased. What the F should I do?

Do all the three things u said!!

First call your bank and inform them and see wut they can do!!

Next CALL or email paypal and inform them!! see wut they can do!!

Then inform the sellers and see wut they say, demanding money back usually wont work!! soo try calling ur bank and paypal first!!

I know for a fact paypal will def. do something about it!!
