ok doods & doodettes...

Tis about time for another little gathering... some mackin' & mabey a cruise...? how about cruising to the beach & THEN mackin' FRESH seafood...?!!!

Anyhow ,....I think June 26 or 27th is best to have time to get the word out & schedule the time... we can meet anywhere in the west valley... but one spot is the corner of Topanga & Victory in front of the old Topanga Theatre... right at the corner (south east corner) just south of the mall parking lot..... caddy corner from the gas station.. .it is a big lot & not too busy on the weekends as the theater is closed...

also we have the spot near fallbrook & Vioctory... just down the street & while a smaller lot...it should be fine...depending on how many say they will show....

Anyhow,........ lets see the interest etc & i can coordinate the details .. .

A couple things 1st:

please dont say you are IN when you most likely will NOT be in like usual!!!

if you have any small little walkie talkie type "motorola" radios
bring them, we can stick together better on the cruise with them...

I will try to lay out a mapped route & have maps to distribute...so if we lose any one they can catch up to us all somewhere down the line...

ALSO & this is VERY IMPORTANT!!! We REALLY NEED to get an early start on this

...to have time to cruise & eat & make a good day for all I want to do some filming & take lots of photos etc .. .bring cameras & Video cameras.. .lets build up some footage of the meets i also want to do some sound recording of the various exhausts out there to help build a database of that stuff... my buddy is a sound engineer & wants to getsome of this stuff for his own use also in editing films etc... so we can have Professional level equipment & skill recording these cars ... lets get it together...!!!

I'd like it to start early enough s owe can get a decent run to the beach & get some killer seafood & then roll out to another beach type spot for pics & filming etc etc.. .recording & chilling & hanging out drooling over the new mods on the cars.... then take a nice long badass run back up to the valley thru Mulholland from the end @ Leo Carillo state beach...to Topanga canyon!!

Remember LOTS of cars is cool for a meet......BUT...but we might need to break it up into groups if we are lucky enough to get the numbers everyone says will come..& so we might need a couple leaders to lead the diff groupos... I'd like to coordinate a cruise along the route one day in the next weekend or so to show you leader types what I have in mind for all so we all can enjoy & not lose anyone like last time...

Also, if I can collect Cell Ph numbers for a few folks DEFINITELY attending & the group leaders also, I can make a quick reference sheet/card to hand out to all also,.. .so if we lose someone & they are out of range on the radios we can still help them catch up....

& I tell ya..... a bit of a raffle deal would be cool too .. . say some cool shizzle donated by LEXTASY or anyone else who has anything people are interested in.....
....or we could also each toss in $2-$5 bux apiece &. then have that be the Grand Prize raffle for the winner of the pot... we all can afford 5 bux each & if we have enough doods that could be a nice little bonus to any one winning it, & I am sure you bastards are not THAT cheep to bitch about affording 5 bux towards a chance to win $100 or so...?

who knows,.... but lets do it up nicely & ensure fun for all...!!!

As stated............. we need an EARLY start we ALWAYS lag waiting for some one who is WAY freakign late & then we get a later start & then people have to pull out i nthe midole of the run as it gets later on in the day... so the earlier the better to keep most folks together & done soon enough to let everyone get home earlier

.. .so i say...:

9am to 10:30.. .meet & chill, shoot the shit... explain the route etc etc...... xchange Ph numbers & set the channel for the radios...... plan the roll out........ ID group leaders & such to coordinate the groups if needed...break up into groups....they help lead the way if we get separated.... so we can rendezvous back up on the other side of the hills at the beach...

10:30 10:45 .. .ROLL OUT!!!

11:45..12.30......... or so : LUNCH..!!.

1:30 - 2 pm latest. .ROLL OUT again to Mulholland.. we can cut into the hills sooner if time is pressing....

We might send some folks up ahead if we can coordinate it so they can set up with the cameras & get footage of all the phat IS's running on by...

is kinda my plan.. .we'll see what REALLY happens it all depends on who shows.... as much as i'd like a big meet .. .a smaller meet will be much easier to manage & coordinate... as long as we have enough clean rides to make it interesting & get some great footage etc we will be in good shape...
