I da pimp...
Fiberglass work here in LA is very expensive. The shop I work at does it, and the time and effort put into an enclosure like Steve has pictured above is probably around a $600 job out here. Good find in Idaho Steve 
I don't think there is a reputable shop out here that will touch building a box like that for $300 ish. If you find a shop like that out here, let me know, I'll have that guy busy for the 6 months!

alright. im going to go check prices again but i remember the guy saying around 300 for a CF 12'' box.

hard time finding someone would take the time to wrap the box in Carbon fiber. In the end I think i made a good decision since the box was so perfectly made with not a hint of flaw in the surface which is rare with fiber glass.
