Cheapest place to get a key duplicated (Seattle)

When I bought my GS300, it only came with one key. I'd like to get it copied so I have a spare. Took it to the dealership and they wanted $200 for the key and to program. what's up with that? What happened to the $0.99 key places. I think I found a guide to program the remote, but I need to find a cheap place to get my key cut.

I'm in the Seattle Area.

the guide was to program the remote. i don't have it on me now, but it was something like press on the brake and gas pedal 5 or 6 times, and turn the key in a certain order. it was off the uk lexus owner club forums. the dealership wants to charge $50 to program it, so all i want is the key with the remote on it and i can program it myself.
