Well I hvae to say that Keyes Lexus took care of me today. I went in to have 1 tire balanced, since I was having some front end shimmy, due to Costco machines could not balance it correctly...another long story. Well I dropped the car off expecting to have the 1 tire spin balanced and to my surprise they did all 4 tires and REPLACED

one of the newer tires. Yep I had about 1K miles on that tire and during the spin balance they found that it could not be balanced correctly. They took off the tire and saw that the tread/fibers were seperating within the tire. They gave me a new one and all of the work was covered under warranty....no charge...nice :wink:

Keyes is flat out hands down the best service at any dealership anywhere.. They are seriously friendly and take care of you nicely.. Ed Lujan and Ed Almeida(spelling) sorry ED..
Yeah... Keyes always gets me hooked up in a NEW loaner.

Other dealers have given me toreback ES300 loaners with the steering vibrating and brakes shaking, wheel pulling - alignment out (that were down right NASTY dirty with chocolate smeared around and weed seeds and stems all over the passenger seat and floor where the previous customer friggen smoked-out in there...

Great to see that other members have had service there and have had the oppertunity to deal with Ed Aleimeda (service manager) and Ed Lujan(head tech). Well gotta say I have had a great experience thus far and will continue to take my car in for regular service
