I got slammed into last night saturday, by a F*cking DRUNK !! Instead of appologizing for what he did, he said "MY CAR IS JUST A COROLLA WITH A (L) ON THE BACK " I got so pissed when he said that i was going to hit him ,the 2 cops that responed had to hold me back after he said that. So does any one know a good body shop in South Florida ?

Sorry to hear that. Drunk driving is not a little crime anymore. This guy will pay thru the nose for this.

i hope so ! i had to drag my bumper and spoiler home from the accident. but what about all my after mkt. stuff the accident shattered my underbody neone, and for some reason my amp got fried . i think when the box jerked the positive came out and might have touched something else ? can that happen ? and who pays for that my INS. or his ?

sorry to hear that man, and about who pays for it.... well, i had something similar happen to me, my ins said that they will not cover it cause i didn't tell them that i had all these aftermarket stuff in my car, but the guy that hit me ins comp. covered it, but still i sue the SHIET out the guy, find out, talk to your ins comp. you should get covered by the A-hole's ins comp. talk to your agent and ask him for help, since is not your falt i am pretty sure they will help you.... good luck!

I just got off the Phone with my INS. agent !! They spoke to his ins. about all the aftermarket stuff. his INS. tried to make a deal with my insurance .the deal was they give me $3500, and i dont sue his drunk ass for everything hes worth. Thats a pretty shitty trade i think . thanks again guys for all your advise

find out your options, besides the stuff you had on your car, now maybe much cheaper now, so if you are getting more $$$ from sueing his sorry ass, well.... you know the answer to that.... keep us posted man...

u cna pretty much sue and get anything you want from him. it's entirely his fault, 100%, he's drunk so its like guaranteed. Don't stop at petty 3500, go for 35,000!!! lol.

Thanks again for all yoru help guys ! i just dropped off the car at the dealers Body shop. JM Lexus i would have my car for 3-4 weeks !!!, but on the bright side i got rembersed for all my after market stuff, even the stuff that didnt break. i get all new installs there redoing all my amp wires, and every electrical mod i had.
