Looking to get a is300

I have had a wrx for quite a while now, and id like to get somthing with RWD. Id like to go to an 05 STI but my budget isnt high enough. I have about 15k cash and id like to put 5 down on a loan for a 02 is300. and spend the rest on upgrades. What are the upgrades that I should do? IE turbo? I want 400WHP is this possible for 10k? i mean will it not explode haha.

Hey i have 2002 Blue Lexus IS300 with gunmetal rims, tv from the sunroof area, 2 12" kicker subs, kicker amp, jvc deck unit, and I would like to get rid of my car. The only fault is that its about 185k however, I've never had to replace anything as far as clutch and maintainance. Im looking to sell it for $12,000. Please let me know if you are interested.
