I snowboard and mountain bike, so right now I'm stuck to only riding with friends. I recently took delivery on a 2007 GS350 and so far I have not been able to locate a detachable roof rack for it. Yakima and Thule do not list this as a supported model. The Lexus Canada site has a roof rack listed as an accessory for the GS ... but the fine print says, "not all accessories available for this model" so I'm not sure if that one fits the GS or not ... I need a rack for transporting kayaks. Has anyone installed a roof rack on their GS (either 2006 or 2007)? I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has installed a detachable or a permanent installation. I didn't realize this would be such an issue when I was comparing cars prior to buying...
