anyone got a good ipod hook up??

Im looking to get a good ipod hook up. On my old truck i would run the tape deck thing, but it would always sound kinda crapy. Im thinking to go with one of those ones that goes straight through the antena that also charges it. Is it worth the $250 or should i stick with the tape deck? let me know people..

If you are using the stock IS radio, DO NOT BUY the radio hookup. The sound on it is extreemly low. Unless you like to play your music at low levels or have something other then a stock radio/cd player, it is a waste of money.

Tape works best for the iPod. All u need to do is rise the volume of the tape player/stock radio and keep the iPod at a minimum level.
The antenna thing stucks.

I just bought a tape unit to interface the IPOD and the stock tape player stops playing or will play just a little while before the tape ejects. I just bought this used lexus and was just wondering if anyone else has experience this.

the neo adaptor is our best bet. plugs right in the back of your stock stereo system, connects directly to your ipod, and all wires are hidden away.

you can control it from your steering wheel and stock radio.
