GS400 DIY HID Fog lights....pics inside

We upgraded his OEM white fog lights to HID Crystal white 8000k HID's yesterday. Here are the pics.

Notice the stock OEM WHITE fog light bulb on the left with the 8000k HID on the right.

Note: Both left and right fog ligh are OEM white fog light housings even though it may appear the left is yellow.

you know the yellow actually helps with seeing through the fog though right.....blue just reflects back into your eyes.

Any of you guyz have pix of how you tucked away the ballasts and ignitors for the fogs and headlamp HID kits?? I'm interested in doing this on my '99 GS3 but wasn't quite sure where to mount the ignitors and ballasts.
And has anyone tried converting a non-HID headlamp system to a HID system by using the OEM GS HID headlamps?? Is it plug-and-play or would it require some cutting and splicing?? Thanks.
