96 Lexus ES-300 Dashboard Lights

Does someone know how to replace the backlight bulbs in the dashboard behind the instument panels? Half of the side is dark where the bulbs have gone out by the fuel gauge side. Any information will be appreciated.

Is it just the bulbs, or are the needle out too.
The bulbs are easy to replace, phillips screwdiver, take out the bezel, then the cluster. You'll see the bulbs in the circuit board, just unscrew and replace. Replace all of them, since you're in there.
If the needles are out, then you'll need the whole gauge, IE: fuel gauge. But you can change that yourself too.
