*SC400* A few questions for the experts.....

Question 1 : It is very hard to find one of these cars, much less one that has less than 100K+. I.E. Going to any "search" site (autotrader.com) will yield some fairly thin results, and I have only been able to locate 2-3 98+ within 100 miles of where I live (SoCal) Is this a testament to their reliability, or simply there were very few produced?

Question 2 : HP difference between the 97 & 98 is @ 30hp. I have found a 97 for a good price & low miles, but I do not want to regret not holding out for a 98. My concern again rests in the fact that this seems to be a sleeper, and I don't want to miss the opportunity. Is there some place that I can find a number of these cars for sale that perhaps I have overlooked?

theres nothing wrong with 100k + miles, these cars are VERY reliable

mine has 226k and still kickin

I bought mine off of Cars.com for $6,700,Its a 93 sc400, It had 115,000 miles on it and ran like it was brand new. I bought it off of an old guy, he basically took it to bingo and back. The car is in gooooood ass condition. I got lucky, it takes a while to look for a good car like this one, like you said they are rare and when u find one their all beat up...
Just go to google and type in sc400 for sale and it will give you a shiz load of sites to look on....
