it's grey, I don't think it came in any other variation of grey.
it's poly urethane (or whatever material the original OEM part is made from)
I'm looking for 5000USD
And it's brand new, literally.
But it's only for the front, sides and rear body parts. |

obviously this person is new to the forum and might not know much about cars... i dont have many posts on this forum but i do post alot on CL...... anyway 5k is very steep maybe you should research ur product b4 u sell on here. nobody will pay the price that its going for by order so maybe offer free shipping or something or a discount to gauge interest.

Ltuned never made a front or rear for the GS400 so it must be for the IS300. I swear if i went to college i'd be making so much damn money!

Hey guys and girl,
I AM new to the forums, and I'm just getting into cars...so excuse the ignorance.
The body kit is for the IS and unfortunately the price I can get it for is the OEM list price of 6000CAD. They will not budge on price.
I didn't think 5G's was too much considering the trouble I went though to find the part. From what I know, it's next to impossible to find the original kit anywhere. If you guys can find me an OEM kit for cheaper,...please let me know, I'll buy it from you.
Seriously, if you know where I can get OEM L-Tuned parts for my IS, let me know.

Im not going to rip on you, but your asking price is ridiculously high. Your OEM stock kit you want is so expensive b/c aftermarket parts a much much cheaper than stock parts. There is no way anyone will pay that price. Your better off keeping that kit you have, plus its not bad looking.

Maybe you can help on this one then,
The stock/OEM kit is made of polyurethane and the Carson kit is made of fiberglass. I didn't think I would care about fiberglass.. until I went to a car shop and felt a front bottom spoiler. The thing felt like crap. It felt like it would break if I mishandled it.
Can anyone give me the run down on the differences between the two besides price...or is price simply the reason you buy fiberglass? |

Lextasy's kit is Fiberglass@ $800
Carson's kit is Polyurethane. Both look the same though.
